In view of the relevant risks, clients should understand the nature of such transactions and the level of risks they face before starting such transactions. Precious metals trading is not suitable for all members of the general public. Clients must carefully consider whether such transactions are suitable for themselves based on their own investment experience, objectives, financial resources, risk tolerance and other relevant circumstances. Clients should consult legal and other professional advice before opening an account and starting trading. Kong Shing MARKETS BLM LTD (hereinafter referred to as "BLM") provides General Financial Product Advice and is only responsible for executing foreign exchange and precious metals trading services. If BLM provides General Financial Product Advice to a client, the client should confirm that such advice is for general purposes only and does not take into account the client's personal objectives, specific circumstances or needs. Before deciding to use the company's services, clients must consider their own objectives, specific circumstances or needs, as well as the relevant Product Disclosure Statement. Investments involve risks. The information contained on this website does not constitute an offer, promotion, recommendation or investment advice for the purchase or sale of any financial product. Any person who actively browses this website is responsible for complying with the applicable laws and regulations. 1. International Internet Failures

Since BLM cannot control signal capabilities, the reception and routing of signals via the Internet, the structure of the client's equipment or the reliability of connections, BLM shall not be liable for communication failures, distortions or delays occurring in transactions conducted over the Internet.

2. Market Risks and Online Trading

Precious metals trading involves considerable risks and is not suitable for everyone. Please refer to the Client Agreement for a detailed description of the risks. No matter how convenient or efficient online trading is, it does not reduce the risks of precious metals trading.

3. Password Protection

Clients must keep their passwords confidential to ensure that third parties cannot access the trading facilities. Clients agree to be fully responsible for all instructions sent via email and all instructions given to BLM via email, orally or in writing, even if sent by a third party, provided that these instructions have been authenticated with the client's password and account number and are believed by BLM, in its sole discretion, to be apparently authorized by the client. BLM shall have no duty to make further inquiries regarding this apparent authority, nor shall it be liable for any consequences arising from actions taken or not taken in reliance on such instructions or apparent authority.

4. Quotation Errors

When certain quotation or transaction price errors occur, BLM shall not be liable for errors in account balances caused by such errors. Such errors include, but are not limited to: incorrect quotations by traders, quotations that do not reflect international market prices, or any quotation errors (e.g., due to hardware, software or network problems, or incorrect data provided by third parties). BLM shall not be liable for account balance errors caused by such errors. Sufficient time should be reserved for order execution and system calculation of required margin when placing orders. If the execution price of an order or the order settings are too close to the market price, it may trigger other orders (regardless of the order type) or issue margin calls. BLM shall not be liable for margin calls, account balances or account positions arising from insufficient time for the system to execute orders or perform calculations. The above shall not be considered as an exhaustive list. In the event of any quotation or execution error, BLM reserves the right to make any corrections or adjustments. Any disputes arising from quotation and transaction errors shall be resolved solely at BLM's discretion. Clients agree to indemnify BLM against any losses, damages or liabilities arising therefrom.

5. Arbitrage

Internet, connection delays and quotation discrepancies may sometimes result in quotations displayed on BLM's trading platform failing to accurately reflect real-time market prices. "Arbitrage" and "price arbitrage", or profiting from price differences due to network connection delays, cannot exist in the over-the-counter trading market where clients trade directly with market makers. BLM does not allow clients to engage in such arbitrage activities on the company's trading platform. Transactions conducted relying on arbitrage opportunities arising from price lags may be cancelled. BLM reserves the right to make necessary modifications and adjustments to accounts involved in such transactions. BLM may, in its sole discretion, require traders to intervene or approve all orders and/or terminate the relevant client's account. BLM may resolve disputes arising from arbitrage or price manipulation solely at its discretion. BLM reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the above issues are resolved. Any action or decision stated herein shall not prejudice or waive any rights or remedies that BLM has against the client and its employees.

6. Price, Order Execution and Platform Manipulation

BLM strictly prohibits any form of manipulation of its prices, execution processes and platforms. If BLM suspects that any account is engaged in manipulation, BLM reserves the right to investigate and review the account and deduct profits earned from relevant activities from the suspected account. BLM reserves the right to make necessary corrections or adjustments to the relevant account. For accounts suspected of engaging in manipulation, BLM may, in its sole discretion, require traders to intervene, approve orders and/or terminate the relevant client's account. Any disputes arising from arbitrage and/or manipulation shall be resolved solely at BLM's discretion. BLM may, in its discretion, report the relevant incident to any relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency. Any action or decision stated herein shall not relieve or prejudice any rights or remedies that BLM has against the client and its employees, all of which are expressly reserved.

Introducer Disclosure

If a client delegates trading authority or the management of their account to a third party (hereinafter referred to as an "Introducer"), whether on a discretionary or non-discretionary basis, BLM shall in no way be liable for the client's choice or make any recommendations in this regard. BLM makes no representations or warranties regarding the relevant trading Introducer; BLM shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result of the Introducer's actions; BLM shall not give any implied or express support or approval to the Introducer's mode of operation. If a client authorizes their Introducer to manage their account, the client does so at their own risk.

BLM cannot control, nor does it support or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information or advice that the client has received or will receive from an Introducer or any other person who is not an employee of BLM in relation to precious metals trading (please refer to "Introducer Disclosure"). If an Introducer or any other third party provides the client with any information or advice regarding precious metals, BLM shall in no way be liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result of using such information or advice. Clients understand that Introducers or other third parties, including sellers of trading systems, courses, research or recommendations, may or may not be regulated by government agencies.

Clients shall fully comply with the applicable local laws and regulations, including obtaining consent from the government or other authorities to comply with any other formalities required in such region or jurisdiction, and paying any relevant local taxes, duties and other amounts arising from the use of this platform for trading. By conducting transactions on this platform, the client shall be deemed to represent and warrant to BLM that they have complied with local laws and regulations. If clients have any doubts about their situation, they must consult a professional advisor.

All clients must be aware that any guarantee of returns is illegal. Furthermore, BLM shall not be liable for any claims or guarantees made by BLM, its employees and/or affiliates other than those in writing. BLM does not regulate the activities of Introducers and shall not be liable for any statements made by Introducers. BLM and Introducers are completely independent of each other. The agreement between BLM and the Introducer does not establish a joint venture or partnership relationship.

Introducers Are Not Agents or Employees of BLM:

Clients understand and agree that if their account with BLM is referred by an Introducer, the Introducer may have access to the client's personal information and other data related to the client's trading activities in the BLM account. Clients understand and agree that if their account with BLM is referred by an Introducer, the Introducer shall have the right to access the client's BLM account, but the Introducer shall not conduct transactions in the client's BLM account unless the client authorizes the Introducer to trade on their behalf through an authorization agreement.

Clients understand and confirm that BLM may compensate the Introducer for referring clients, and such compensation may be given on a per-transaction basis or other methods. This compensation to the Introducer may require an increase in the spread offered to the client, i.e., a markup higher than the normal spread generally provided by BLM. In addition, clients have the right to be accurately informed of the details of this compensation.

Due to the high risk factor associated with precious metals trading, only genuine "risk" capital should be used for such transactions. If clients do not have surplus funds that they can afford to lose, they should not trade in the precious metals market.

Clients understand that Introducers or many third parties who sell trading systems, courses, programs, research or recommendations are not regulated by government agencies.

If clients have been told or believed in the past that using any third party's trading system, course, program, or research or recommendations provided by an Introducer or other third party will result in trading profits, clients hereby confirm, agree and understand that precious metals trading conducted, including those conducted through any third party's trading system, program, or research or recommendations provided by an Introducer or other third party, involves significant risk of loss and does not necessarily result in profits. Clients should take measures to avoid or limit risks.

If an Introducer or any other third party provides the client with information or advice on precious metals trading, BLM shall in no way be liable for any losses incurred by the client as a result of using such information or advice.

Clients confirm that BLM and any person associated with it have not made any promises regarding the future profits or losses of the client's account. Clients understand that precious metals trading involves significant risks and that many investors have lost the money they invested in precious metals trading.

BLM will provide risk disclosure information to new clients when they open an account. Clients must carefully read this information and shall not rely on any conflicting information from other sources. By conducting transactions on this platform, the client shall be deemed to have read and understood BLM's risk statement.

BLM cannot control, nor does it support or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information or advice that the client has received or will receive from an Introducer or any other person who is not an employee of BLM in relation to precious metals trading.

BLM does not support or guarantee the services provided by Introducers. Since Introducers are not employees or agents of BLM, clients are responsible for verifying and critically evaluating the Introducer before using their services.

BLM's Privacy Policy protects clients' rights in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, facilitating clients to open and maintain precious metals accounts and providing financing and financial advisory services. BLM faithfully monitors the confidentiality of personal data provided by clients. Except as approved by law, BLM will never disclose any non-public data to any individual.
When a client opens or maintains a trading account with BLM, the personal data provided will only be used for the company's internal business purposes, such as assessing the client's financial needs, processing the client's transactions and other requests, providing relevant products and services, offering general trading services and verifying the client's identity in accordance with regulatory procedures. The data that BLM requires clients to provide for operational purposes includes:

Personal information provided in BLM's account application forms and other forms, such as name, address, date of birth, ID card number, occupation, assets and income data;

Data related to the client's affairs with BLM and its subsidiaries;

Information from client investigation and reporting companies;

Information for verifying the client's identity, such as government documents, passports or driver's licenses.

BLM will only allow employees who serve clients to access the data provided by clients to a limited extent, so as to provide relevant client services and product introductions. BLM also only authorizes access to relevant information through electronic systems when applying for new accounts. These procedural requirements are all to ensure that the client's non-public data is not disclosed and to protect the client's privacy. BLM will also not sell or rent the client's name and personal information to any individual.

About Cookies

Cookies are tracking devices stored on the client's hard drive that can track and store data related to the client's use of online services. BLM may set and access BLM Cookies on the client's computer to help BLM understand which advertisements and promotions attract clients to browse BLM's website. BLM and its branches may use Cookies in BLM's products and services to track the client's browsing on BLM's website. The information collected and shared is anonymous and cannot be individually identified.

Security Technology

BLM will make every effort to protect the data provided by clients. It will also continuously improve confidentiality technologies to prevent the client's data from being intercepted and stolen during transmission to BLM. BLM is committed to ensuring that the website is secure and meets industry standards, and uses other data protection tools, such as firewalls, authentication systems (passwords and personal ID numbers, etc.) and control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized system access and data access.
Some financial products and services provided by BLM may require sharing the above-mentioned personal information with third-party service providers and some promotion companies not affiliated with BLM. These include companies that provide services on behalf of KONG SHING Precious Metals under contract, such as companies that prepare and mail monthly statements, and software companies that maintain and develop data processing systems. Before disclosing new categories of personal information, new categories of non-personal information, or disclosing data to new third parties (not affiliated with BLM), BLM will provide the client with a revised privacy policy and a new opt-out notice. All BLM employees will be subject to reasonable supervision when implementing the policy to ensure compliance with the law.
